French Mirecourt Courturieux Violin (OV230814) —SOLD—

This violin was made in Mirecourt  around 1930, most likely in the Laberte Workshops.  It is a Courturieux Model, finished in an amber-brown spirit varnish.  

It has a warm, sweet, resonant tone with good volume and would suit an advancing student in the classical or traditional genre.   

It is set up with Spirocore Strings and Wittner Tailpiece and is easy to play.  

A lovely violin awaiting a new owner!  

It comes in a new lightweight case.
