In the unlikely event that you wish to return a product and receive a full refund this must be done within 14 days of the purchase date. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for any postage costs incurred. 

If you wish to exchange a violin or bow (beyond the 14 days period) this can be done within 60 days of the purchase date.  Please email Justin @  OrchardViolins@gmail.com

Orchard Violins will refund any monies paid by Bank transfer or Paypal (after products have been received and inspected by us to be in the same condition as that they were sent).

Goods damaged on arrival

All violins will be carefully bubble-wrapped and the strings loosened to reduce tension during transit.  Your new violin will need to be tuned on arrival.  If you are unable to do this, please make sure you ask a violin teacher to help you, as overtightening or loosening strings can result in costly repairs.

If your violin appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact Orchard Violins immediately when received.  We will request that you send email us some photos, so that insurance may be sought from the delivery company. 

Goods should then be repacked by you and posted back to us.  You will be refunded in full for your purchase and for any postage costs incurred.

Please Note! If you purchase a bow or accessories along with a violin (all will be sent in the same case / package).

If you would like to purchase more than one violin at the same time, the correct shipping amount will be added to your order (eg) two violins to the UK/Ireland will cost £17.70 x 2 = £35.20 and so on.
