Romanian violins offer an excellent option for committed students.  The Gliga Workshop has good reputation and their Maestro violins are well made from quality tonewoods.

This one has an attractively flamed two piece maple back featuring an orange-golden varnish.  It has a beautifully carved scroll and ebony crowned horseshoe button.  The spruce top is of good quality and results in a warm, full, resonant tone.

It has been professionally set up in our workshop with Evah Pirazzi Strings and is easy to play with very comfortable string action for both traditional and Classical players.    

It is suitable for completion of LCM Grades up to grade 8 and beyond.  It is ideal for ensemble or traditional session playing.

A well crafted modern violin at a bargain price.
